Our olives are taken to the Pietrabianca olive mill of the Monzo family, in Casal Velino Marina, a few kilometres from our groves. There they are cold pressed, using mechanical methods only, in a certified organic mill.

The Pietrabianca mill is a benchmark for olive oil in the Cilento: it knows Salella and the other native cultivars of the area, and presses their fruit with the same care we put into our groves.
